VIVAMOS INDIA is your local travel partner in northern India. We are looking forward to serve you in different destinations with different activities. These term and conditions shows our legal responsibilities and your obligation as our guest to make smooth traveling with us.

Our Liabilities

We do our efforts to maintain contract made by our company with our valuable customers but there are always some possibilities of hike of airlines fairs, fuel costs, monument entrance fees, etc without any prior notice from authorities. In situation of Natural hazard the difference in cost will be paid by customer directly.

All itineraries programs of Vivamos India are general idea of tour, but various factor such as weather, festival, road conditions, physically ability of traveler etc may effect the schedule. We reserve the right to make any change in tour programs for safety, comfort and well being of traveler.

All the hotel booking made by our company base on normal check in and checkout time unless mentioned in the tour programs. We shall not be responsible for any kind of delay and sudden cancellation in flight, train etc. due to natural cause and political reason.

We will not be responsible for any loss, injury, sickness, damage of person, property, valuables, otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services effects directly or indirectly – from any natural hazards, dangers , fire, flood, wars, civil disturbances, curfew, political, religious, strikes, riots, thefts , epidemics, medical or any other cause beyond control.

Vivamos India doesn’t have any insurance policy to cover the expensive of accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons travelers are advised to take these insurance arrangement from their home country. All luggage and personal belongings at all the time at traveler’s risk. Our transportation is insured as per Indian Moto Vehicles Act. If anything occurs, will be made as per rules & regulations of the Motor Insurance Companies of India.

Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In the case of cancellation of tour arrangements due to any reason traveler must be informed us by writing. Cancellation charges would be following as per the Cancellation policy.

  • 60 days prior to arrival -20% of the tour cost + Actual service cost (like train, flight tickets ect.)
  • 59-30 days prior to arrival -30% of Tour cost + Actual service cost
  • 29-15 days prior to arrival -50% of Tour cost + Actual service cost
  • 14-07 days prior to arrival -75% of Tour cost + Actual service cost
  • Less then 06 days prior to arrival – NO REFUND
  • The advance deposit for special arrangements is NON-REFUNDABLE

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Normal Check-in timing is 1300 Hours, if there is a requirement of Early check-in have to made reservation from previous night.

Normal Check-out timing is 1200 Hours

Payments

To confirm the tour some advance payment should be made and the balance amount will be paid before thirty days of the traveling date. Vivamos India has right to decide the amount of advance payment as per the basis of the tour program. During the peak season or festival(Christmas / New Year) days full payment need to be paid to confirm the Train or flight tickets and hotel bookings and required services.

NOTE: PEAK SEASON PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Advance payment should be deposit through online transfer or through internet banking. As per mentioned account details.
